A Whole Self Learning
Experience for Women
ProspHER™ is a 1-day or 2-day whole self learning experience delivered virtually, onsite, or hybrid. The training includes two phases that equips women with the tools needed to navigate ongoing challenges, in order to reach health & wellness, career advancement, and leadership development goals. The first phase focuses on embracing your struggles and turning your struggles into strengths so they become phenomenal struggles (where you’ve been), finding your purpose (where you are now), and developing ProspHER™ Tools to accomplish your goals (where you’re going). The second phase examines the Staircase to Prosperity and creating SMART goals to reach what prosperity means to you.
ProspHER™ Difference:
Based on the ESA Model, an evidence-based personal growth model that applies proven strategies to assist women, people of color, and other underrepresented groups reach their professional and personal goals.
Small shared cohorts experience, sessions include individual reflections, group activities, and wellness exercises to create a whole self learning experience.
