A Whole Self Learning
Experience for Women
ProspHER™ is a 1-day or 2-day whole self learning experience delivered virtually, onsite, or hybrid. The training includes two phases that equips women with the tools needed to navigate ongoing challenges, in order to reach health & wellness, career advancement, and leadership development goals. The first phase focuses on embracing challenges and mistakes as an essential part of your learning process (where you’ve been), finding your purpose (where you are now), and developing ProspHER™ Tools to accomplish your goals (where you’re going). The second phase examines the Accountability and Action Staircase to create SMART goals and discover your purpose.
ProspHER™ Difference:
Based on the ESA Model, an evidence-based growth model that applies proven strategies to assist women reach their professional and personal goals.
Small shared cohorts experience, sessions include individual reflections, group activities, and wellness exercises to create a whole self learning experience.
