The Flentroy Morris Group is a Maryland-based, Black women-owned consulting firm that designs programs that inspire people. Our evidence-based program model, ESA (Embrace, Strengthen, Act), assists women, people of color, and other underrepresented groups in overcoming imposter syndrome, discovering their authentic voice, leading with purpose, and reaching their full potential. We aim to help businesses develop solutions that increase retention among underrepresented groups and promote more women into leadership roles.

Our flagship training solution, ProspHER, is built on the ESA model that equips women with the tools to act on their goals and reach their highest potential. 

Women earn less, network less, and experience more self-doubt. Therefore, we set out to develop tools that help women build their communication, leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.

By finding their voice and purpose, we envision a world where women stop saying I’m sorry and start saying I’m unapologetically here. We strive to build a world where women in leadership is the norm.

To accomplish our strategic vision, we need the support of courageous companies and brave C-Suite leaders to sponsor and promote women leaders and develop systems to retain underrepresented groups. The success of our organization is purely based on the success of the people we serve.
