People do not know what you can do until you show them”.

Our Strategic Vision.
The Flentroy Morris Group is a Maryland-based, Black women-owned organizational development (OD) consulting firm. We help mission-driven companies turn employee engagement into a competitive advantage through evidence-based programs that grow authentic leaders, improve retention, and build strong workplace cultures.
Our solutions are guided by our evidence-based ESA (Embrace, Strengthen, Act) Growth Model. This model guides companies in building a supportive environment where individuals feel safe to EMBRACE their challenges and mistakes as an important part of their learning process, provides resources and mentors to STRENGTHEN their skills, and centers on realizing their potential to ACT on strategies and accomplish SMART goals.
We help companies shape an environment of accountability and opportunity that unlocks employee potential and drives growth through their most strategic assets: their people.
To accomplish our strategic vision, we need the support of courageous companies and brave C-Suite leaders to create an environment of opportunity for every employee, especially vulnerable groups. The success of our organization is purely based on the success of the people we serve.
We look forward to partnering with you!
