The ESA Workplace Development Solutions consists of two training solutions, ProspHER and Prospering in the Workplace. ProspHER, our trademarked flagship training solution, equips women with the tools to act on their goals and reach their highest potential. Women earn less, network less, and experience more self-doubt. Therefore, we set out to develop tools that help them improve their health and wellness, leadership, decision-making, and storytelling skills. Prospering in the Workplace is our training solution that encourages all groups to maximize their leadership potential by raising their profile, networking in unfamiliar circles, and embracing a growth mindset.
